Pricing questions
What happens when my 3-hour trial ends?
You move to the Free plan automatically. Notes, screenshots and chat keep working on your own API key. Upgrade to Pro for Live Q&A, recording, Auto-Type and unlimited sessions.
Do I still pay for AI with Pro?
Yes: Pro unlocks the features, and AI runs on your own key, billed by your provider at their normal rates. That is how we keep Pro affordable and your data private.
Can I pay with M-Pesa?
Yes. Enter your Safaricom number for a payment prompt, or pay from the M-Pesa menu using our Paybill and your account code as the account number.
Does Pro renew automatically?
M-Pesa payments are prepaid: we remind you before your plan ends. With PayPal you can choose auto-renew and cancel anytime from your account page.
What if I pay again before my plan ends?
The new time is added on top, so you never lose days you already paid for.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within the terms of our refund policy. Contact support@verbapilotai.com with your account email.
