Try before you buy
Every account gets a free 3-hour trial with all Pro features, so you can check VerbaPilot AI works for you before paying.
Refunds within 7 days
If Pro is not right for you, email us within 7 days of your first payment for a full refund. For later renewals, ask within 7 days of the renewal and we will refund it if you have not used Pro features since that renewal.
Yearly plans
After 7 days, if you cancel a yearly plan we may refund the unused full months at our discretion, less the monthly price for months already started.
How refunds are paid
M-Pesa payments are refunded to the phone number that paid. PayPal payments are refunded through PayPal. Your Pro time is reduced by the refunded amount. Refunds are usually processed within 5 working days.
AI provider charges
Charges from OpenAI, Anthropic or another provider for your own API key are between you and that provider, and we cannot refund them.

Email support@verbapilotai.com from your account email with the M-Pesa receipt number or PayPal transaction ID.
