Who we are
VerbaPilot AI ("we", "us") is operated by [Registered business name]. By creating an account or using the VerbaPilot AI app or website you agree to these terms.
Your account
You must give a valid email address and keep your password safe. One person per account. You are responsible for activity on your account.
One computer at a time
An account is active on one computer at a time. You can move it to another computer up to 3 times in any 30 days. The free trial stays on the computer where it started. Sharing an account between people is not allowed, and we may suspend accounts that are shared or abused.
The free trial
New accounts get up to 3 hours of AI use on our AI provider, measured as described on our pricing page, and subject to fair-use limits. One trial per person and per computer. We may change or end the trial offer at any time.
Your own API key
On the Free and Pro plans the AI features use an API key you provide from OpenAI, Anthropic, ChatAnywhere or another supported provider. Your use of that provider is governed by their terms, and you pay them directly. We are not responsible for their charges, availability or outputs.
Paid plans
Pro plans give access to Pro features for the period you pay for (30 days for monthly, 365 days for yearly). Prices are shown in Kenyan shillings for M-Pesa and US dollars for PayPal. Paying before your plan ends adds the new period on top. PayPal subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel; you can cancel anytime from your account page and keep Pro until the end of the paid period. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.
Acceptable use
Use VerbaPilot AI lawfully and responsibly. In particular you must not:
- record or capture meetings, calls or other people without the consent required by the law that applies to you;
- use the app to break the rules of an exam, test, interview or assessment, or to deceive the people you are speaking with;
- reverse engineer, resell or share access to the service, or try to get around trial, device or rate limits;
- use the trial AI to create unlawful, harmful or abusive content.
You are responsible for the content you capture and how you use AI outputs. AI answers can be wrong: check anything important.
Changes and availability
We are improving VerbaPilot AI all the time and may change features. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, VerbaPilot AI is provided "as is", and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.
Ending your account
You can stop using VerbaPilot AI and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. We will update this page when the terms change and tell you by email about important changes.
